Job Responsibilities: PSU and power shelf product design & development with compliance of product development process Power distribution unit, Power supply improvement design, cost reduction design and verification Responsible for ensuring the quality of the design Design verification and validation implementation, responsible for defining the plan Technical support to other department Job Requirements: BS in electrical engineering, automation engineering, power electronics major preferred, Masters is desired Familiar with some of the areas: popular power conversion topologies, controllers, control methods and loop stability analysis, EMI suppression methods, power switching devices, magnetic components, analog and digital circuits and devices. Familiarity with the design and development of power shelves is preferred. Basic control theory, basic component knowledge in motion control, motors, encoders; Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI, CCC, UL, RoHS Technology passion with also project driving interest Good Communications with proficient written and spoken English. Strong communication skills Good cooperation skills Good English skills
