Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Technical Support Engineer , where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support experiences to customers across the region. In this customer-facing position, you will troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure customers receive timely and effective support throughout the entire lifecycle of a case. Working closely with technical teams, field engineers, and account stakeholders, you'll help maintain Lenovo’s high standards of service excellence while continuously expanding your technical expertise. You will report directly to the Technical Support Manager, CEE-CA & Spain . What You Will Do: Provide remote technical support via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently Troubleshoot Lenovo devices including notebooks, desktops, monitors, and smart devices Coordinate onsite repairs by dispatching parts and partnering with field service engineers Work closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure fast and effective case resolution Deliver outstanding customer service and manage support cases from initial contact through closure Guide customers using your technical expertise and Lenovo knowledge resources Identify recurring technical issues and share insights to strengthen team knowledge and processes Take full ownership of your workload, proactively driving cases to successful resolution and customer satisfaction What You Will Bring: Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft technologies, with the ability to confidently support end users Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and device-related issues Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to prioritizing and resolving cases Business-fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, written and verbal Ability to analyze issues from multiple angles and identify the most effective solution Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and grow Experience within IT support, technical services, or collaboration with field service teams is a plus Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Microsoft 365 AI features to enhance troubleshooting, knowledge search, and documentation processes What We Will Offer: Opportunities for career development & growth Performance based rewards Hybrid working model (homeoffice/office) Up to 3 paid Personal Days annually Additional vacation days 100% sick leave compensation up to 2 months per year A broad selection of soft / hard skills trainings and individual mentoring Employer contribution to the Third Pillar Pension System Life & life events insurance, fully covered by company We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class. PAY TRANSPARENCY The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €26000–38060 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process. In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities. For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
