To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责 1. 整体解决方案架构设计：主导车载娱乐系统的整体解决方案架构，包括操作系统（如 Android Automotive, QNX, Linux ）、应用框架、多媒体引擎、语音交互、 OTA 更新机制等。 2. 跨平台协同：协调硬件、软件、 UI/UX 、云服务与第三方生态（如手机互联、流媒体服务、语音助手）的集成，确保端到端体验的无缝性。 3. 需求定义与产品路线图：与产品管理、市场及客户团队协作，定义系统功能需求，制定中长期技术路线图。 4. 业务支撑：支撑商务获取新业务，提供解决方案，从产品线角度维护客户研发部门关系 ; 支撑 FO/ 软件 / 测试进行座舱项目交付。 5. 技术选型与供应商管理：评估并选择关键软硬件组件（如 SoC 、显示屏、音频系统、连接模块），管理第三方供应商与合作伙伴的技术对接。 6. 合规与安全标准：确保系统符合 automotive functional safety （如 ISO 26262 ）、信息安全（ ISO/SAE 21434 ）及数据隐私法规（如 GDPR ）要求。 7. 量产支持与问题解决：在项目量产阶段提供技术决策支持，快速响应并解决集成、测试与售后反馈中的系统级问题。 8. 创新与前瞻技术探索：跟踪行业趋势（ Stereo HUD 融合、舱驾一体、生成式 AI 应用等），推动新技术在娱乐系统中的落地。 岗位要求 教育背景：计算机科学、电子工程、自动化或相关领域硕士及以上学历。 工作经验： 15 年以上汽车电子或消费电子领域经验，有座舱，中央计算一体化经验优先考虑。 系统思维：具备强大的系统级思维，能平衡性能、成本、功耗与开发周期。 跨团队协作能力：出色的沟通与领导力，能有效协调软件、硬件、测试、产品与外部合作伙伴。 行业知识：熟悉汽车开发流程（如 ASPICE ）、功能安全与车规级认证流程。 语言能力：流利的英语沟通能力，具备跨文化协作经验者优先。
