Position: SAP MDG Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Notice Period: Can be considered up 15 Days Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for Material Master (MDG-M) and Business Partner (MDG-BP) on SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience, strong functional knowledge of MDG, and the ability to design, configure, and support enterprise master data governance solutions while collaborating with global business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions for Material Master and Business Partner. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Lead GAP analysis and provide scalable functional solutions. Configure and enhance MDG Data Models, Process Models, UI Models, Change Requests, and BRF+ business rules. Develop and extend MDG Data Models based on business requirements. Support end-to-end SAP MDG implementation projects from requirement gathering through production deployment. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments. Define and execute SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Handle production support, incident management, service requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform root cause analysis and resolve MDG-related production issues. Support MDG Data Import Framework and master data migration activities. Ensure data quality, governance compliance, and documentation standards. Work closely with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills SAP MDG 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP MDG. Hands-on experience in: SAP MDG Material Master (MDG-M) SAP MDG Business Partner (MDG-BP) Strong understanding of: SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA Material Master Customer & Vendor Master Data Master Data Governance processes Technical Skills End-to-End SAP MDG Implementation MDG Data Model Extension Process Modeling UI Modeling BRF+ MDG Data Import Framework Change Request Management DRF Replication Functional Specifications ABAP knowledge in SAP MDG Testing (SIT/UAT) Production Support & Incident Management Preferred Skills Experience with MDG Finance (MDG-F) Experience with MDG Equipment (MDG-EAM/AIW) Knowledge of Agile methodologies Exposure to SAP data migration and integration Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
