Associate Product Manager (AI/ML)

As an Associate Product Manager (AI/ML) at LetitbexAI, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives within the required products. Your role will involve owning feature prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned AI/ML features and modules - Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions - Drive feature prioritization based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment - Define success metrics, KPIs, and establish measurement frameworks for AI-driven features - Manage product backlog and communicate timelines to stakeholders - Partner with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful feature launches - Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams post-launch Required Skills & Experience: - 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven products - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their business applications - Proven track record of shipping complex products from conception to launch - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) - Experience collaborating with technical teams (engineers, data scientists, ML engineers) - HR Tech or Vendor Management System domain knowledge is a plus Nice to Have: - Experience with NLP or AI-powered Vendor Management solutions - Proficiency with analytics and SQL for data exploration - Experience in Enterprise SaaS product management - Certifications in product management (REFORGE, AIPM, etc.) LetitbexAI is a fast-growing AI-driven technology company that focuses on building intelligent, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions.
