Position: Lead UI Engineer Experience: 10+ Years Notice Period: Can be considered up to 15 Days Qualifications Required Qualifications 10+ years of front-end engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading a React team or serving as a principal UI engineer. Experience across different UI tech stack like Angular and React and ability to define best way forward for UI Enterprise Grade Apps Expert-level React — hooks, context, concurrent features, Server Components (RSC), and performance optimization (memoization, code splitting, lazy loading) Strong command of the modern React ecosystem: Next.js or Remix, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, React Query or SWR Proven experience designing and maintaining a shared component library and design system (Storybook, Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar) Hands-on with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0, or equivalent) and a clear philosophy for integrating them into team workflows responsibly. Practical experience with Agile delivery — sprint planning, backlog refinement, retros, and roadmap ownership in a fast-paced product environment Proficiency with front-end testing: Vitest / Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress for E2E CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, Vercel, or AWS (CloudFront / Amplify / S3) for front-end delivery. Strong accessibility fundamentals — WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, screen reader testing, semantic HTML Preferred Qualifications Experience building data-heavy, dashboard-oriented UIs with libraries such as Recharts, Victory, D3, or AG Grid Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK) and how to surface agent outputs in production interfaces. Hands-on experience with Lovable AI (lovable.dev) for rapid AI-assisted UI prototyping and full-stack generation — able to critically evaluate, extend, and productionize Lovable-generated code within the platform. Exposure to backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns with Node.js, GraphQL (Apollo / urql), or tRPC for type-safe API contracts between React and platform services. Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and module federation for large-scale React applications. Experience with AI-augmented Agile tooling — Linear AI, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot for PRs, or AI-powered sprint analytics Background in health data or regulated industry UI (HIPAA-aware front-end data handling is a plus) Open-source contributions or public design system / component library work Soft Skills Pragmatic, execution-oriented, AI first execution style.
