The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and efficient applications using Python. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Application Development: – Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python-based applications. – Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. – Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with third-party services. Data Processing and Analysis: – Work with large datasets and perform data analysis using Python libraries. – Develop scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. – Implement data visualization solutions using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly. Collaboration: – Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. – Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. Testing and Debugging: – Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure software quality. – Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Documentation: – Create technical documentation for applications, APIs, and workflows. – Maintain documentation for future reference and upgrades. Continuous Improvement: – Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Python ecosystem. – Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Required Skills And Qualifications Technical Skills: – Proficient in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). – Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. – Strong knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. – Familiarity with data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy. – Experience with web scraping tools like BeautifulSoup or Scrapy. – Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Soft Skills: – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. – Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
