Role Description This is a full-time SAP Specialist role in a hybrid setup, with primary responsibilities based in Jalna and some work-from-home flexibility. The SAP Specialist will configure, maintain, and support SAP modules, with a primary focus on finance and controlling (FICO) and master data management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes in SAP, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for enhancements and upgrades. The role involves creating and updating documentation, training end users on SAP functionalities, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls. The SAP Specialist will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with organizational goals and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process design, optimization, and integration within SAP.Proven Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data validation, and performance monitoring.Experience in functional Consulting, including gathering requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.Hands-on expertise with SAP FICO configuration, support, and integration with related modules.Knowledge of Master Data management, including setup, maintenance, governance, and controls.Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts in an enterprise environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.Familiarity with reporting tools, basic SQL, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
