Job Description – Senior Windows Application Developer Experience: 7–10 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain highperformance Windows desktop applications. The role requires strong expertise in C++, C#, and WPF, along with a solid understanding of systemlevel programming and Windows architecture. The candidate will work closely with architecture, product, and QA teams to ensure highquality endtoend delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications with high performance and scalability. Implement robust solutions using C++, C#, and WPF. Collaborate with architecture, product, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve stability and performance. Ensure code quality through regular reviews, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical decisionmaking. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Windows application programming. Proficiency in C++ and C#. Extensive handson experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Experience with multithreading, memory management, and UI design principles. Handson experience with Windows APIs, device communication, or systemlevel programming. Good to Have Experience with MVVM and Prism architecture. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and JIRA. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
