Location: Pattabiram / Avadi, Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) Job Description We are looking for a System Administrator with 2+ years of experience to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and provide technical support to end users. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform regular system backups and recovery operations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and serverrelated issues. Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, printers, and other IT equipment. Implement security patches, updates, and antivirus solutions. Provide technical support and resolve ITrelated incidents. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Administration. Basic understanding of Linux Administration. Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN). Handson experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance. Good problemsolving and communication skills. Qualification Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
