Lead Java Fullstack Engineer

Description We are seeking a Lead Java Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior developers. You will play a crucial role in building robust and scalable applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the development of scalable web applications using Java and related technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices in coding and design. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems. Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts. Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate for database interaction. Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
