About the role
As a candidate, you should possess the following qualifications and skills for this position: - Master's certification in CT-P101, P102, P103, Cramer control, Extron, and AMX. - In-depth knowledge of BiAmp, Boss, Crestron, and BSS Programming. - Proficiency in VC Integration and understanding of AMX/CRESTRON programming cause/effect impact on audiovisual systems. - Extensive knowledge of RS232/422/485 and IP-based control protocol products. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Experience working cooperatively in a team-oriented environment. - 8+ years of programming experience in AMX/CRESTRON control system source code and touch panel interface, with deep working knowledge of Biamp, Lutron, Extron, Plasmas, Projectors, AMX/Crestron, and others. - Additional industry certifications such as CTS would be considered advantageous.
