Job Title : Project Engineer, S killed 中级 项目 工程师

In this position, the individual would be responsible for develop ing and detail ing processes to produce machined components and assemblies . Also need t o ensure project operation and implementation.

Performance Expectations

Specify special tools and fixtures where required

Estimate cycle times and cost for each operation in the process

Determine whether sub-contracted processes are to occur i.e., heat treating, plating, grinding

Set production targets/goals

Assist in the preparation of quotations

Maintain control of customer drawings and revisions

Ensure that the process is capable of producing parts to specifications

Modify and optimize the process and update all relevant documentation when required

Coordinate the materials, help to equipment selection

识别特殊刀具 和 夹具的需求

为每 道工序测算加工节拍 和成本

确定是否需要外包部分加工内容，如 热处理、电镀、磨削 等

设定生产目标

协助销售完成 报价 准备工作

维护管控 客户图纸 及版本的更新

修改 或优化工艺流程，及时更新相关文件

协调原材料，帮助设备选型

Credentials

University/College education in engineering or manufacturing or equivalence

Project Management and materials knowledge is required

工程或制造类及其他相关专业，大学或大专以上学历

具备项目管理，材料基础知识

Desired Characteristics

Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement

Three to five years’ experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.

Project Management working experience is required

Some familiarity and proficiency with personal computers

Able to communicate requirements clearly in written and drawing formats

Ability to work independently in a program to coordinat e activities with others and with company personnel beyond boundaries.

Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to the order of importance .

Good Communication

Cost Saving concept is plus

Those who have been trained in APQP 、 SPC 、 FMEA 、 MSA 、 PPAP and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt are preferred

精通电脑操作和应用

接受过 APQP 、 SPC 、 FMEA 、 MSA 、 PPAP 五大工具以及 6 Sigma 黄带培训者优先
