Job Title : Engineer-TS - Senior TS 体系工程师 - 高级

In charge of TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 System; Coordinate the 8D/CAR program & layered audit system.

Performance Expectations

Work in compliance with TS 16949 / ISO 14001 Procedures/Systems

Support to set up OHSAS18001

Conduct the regular TS16949/ISO14001 System audit and maintenance the documents

Coordinate all phases of the 8D / CAR program (planning, scheduling, preparation, performance, reporting and follow-up)

Develop, implement and maintain the layered audit system and schedule

Work closely with all departments to develop and implement Preventive Actions within the Quality, Environmental and Safety System

Follow-up on action items from Internal Audits

Conduct TS Awareness, ISO Awareness training per schedule

ISO 45001 职业健康与安全体系标准

ISO 14001 环境管理体系标准

IATF 16949 技术管理规范和利纳马质量基本体系标准

支持、培养、促进和展示利纳马核心价值观及领导力行为

按照 TS 16949 和 SO 14001 体系要求工作

为建立 OHSAS18001 体系提供支持

定期进行 TS16949 / ISO14001 体系审核并维护文档

协调 8D/CAR 项目的所有阶段（计划，规划，准备，审核，报告和后续跟踪）

制定、实施及维护分层审核体系及分层审核计划

与各部门紧密合作，制定质量、环境和安全体系并采取预防措施

跟踪内部审核中的不合格项

按计划进行 TS 知晓， ISO 知晓培训

Credentials

University degree or equivalent work experience

大学本科学历 或同等工作经验

Desired Characteristics

Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement

Minimum 5 years related work experience in a machining or manufacturing environment

Highly motivated self-starter.

Detailed knowledge of TS 16949, 8D/CAR and ISO14001, systems

Strong interpersonal skills dealing both with co-workers and customers.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize.

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

APQP 、 SPC 、 FMEA 、 MSA 、 PPAP 、 CQI-9 、 CQI-15 、 VDA6.3 、 VDA6.5 、 IATF16949 internal auditor and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt qualification is preferred
