As a Valuation Systems Analyst at Lincoln International, you will be a crucial member of the Global Business Enablement team, based in Chicago, Illinois. Your primary responsibility will be to support the technology behind Lincolns proprietary valuation model. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges and utilize technology and processes to address them effectively. Duties & Responsibilities: - Play a leading role in developing and maintaining a high-performance Anaplan model by collaborating with team members - Collaborate with Lincolns Valuations & Opinions group to gather feedback, drive the product roadmap, and design solutions - Assist in the development of integrations, reporting templates, and data pipelines - Provide technical support for global Anaplan users and manage product support - Assist with change management, including leading training sessions and developing training materials - Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve program goals Qualifications: Professional and Cultural Characteristics: - Authentic individual with high integrity, aligned with Lincolns Culture Statement - Assertive, articulate, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills - Strong collaborator who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment - Driven professional who excels in achieving personal and team goals - Desire to learn new concepts and technology for enhanced solutions - Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management - Strong written and verbal communication skills Other Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance - 1-2 years of Anaplan model building experience required - Anaplan L2 certification or higher - Experience in software implementation or corporate finance is a plus - Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience - Understanding of data architecture and integration Lincoln International is committed to diversity and inclusivity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
