Lead- Systems Engineer For Hydrogen / Petrochemical Plants

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join our team, focusing on Hydrogen / Petrochemical Plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and experience working with hydrocarbon plants. Roles and Responsibility Design and develop comprehensive system architectures for hydrogen and petrochemical plants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues or improvements. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and process control. Experience with hydrocarbon plant operations and maintenance is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
