About the role
Role Overview: You will be the Director of Product Management responsible for leading the development of next-generation AI-powered enterprise marketing platforms. Your main tasks will include defining product strategy, driving innovation in AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, and building scalable products for automating complex enterprise marketing workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow automation platforms. - Drive product development from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. - Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging technology trends to shape product direction. - Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives and growth goals. - Lead the development of AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, and intelligent automation. - Design and deliver AI-powered capabilities to improve workflow efficiency, content operations, SEO processes, and enterprise marketing services. - Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to define AI use cases, model requirements, evaluation frameworks, and deployment strategies. - Translate customer problems into detailed product requirements, specifications, and measurable success metrics. - Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and business cases for development teams. - Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize features, validate hypotheses, and optimize product outcomes. - Build scalable enterprise-grade products serving large global organizations. - Design platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, authentication frameworks, and extensible product architectures. - Drive integration strategies with third-party platforms, marketing technologies, enterprise systems, and external service providers. - Develop product experiences that drive activation, engagement, retention, and customer success. - Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and operational insights to improve adoption and product-market fit. - Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, UX Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams. - Drive alignment across stakeholders through strong communication, influence, and collaboration. - Establish clear priorities and ensure efficient execution against roadmap commitments. - Conduct competitive analysis, industry research, and technology evaluations to identify growth opportunities. - Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, Agentic Systems, SaaS platforms, and workflow automation technologies. - Build thought leadership around AI-powered enterprise productivity and marketing automation solutions. - Champion emerging technologies that create strategic differentiation and competitive advantage. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated success in building Enterprise SaaS or Technology Products. - Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise software products from concept to market. - Strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or Machine Learning-based products. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design teams. - Deep understanding of enterprise workflows, process automation, and platform product development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Experience with APIs, integrations, authentication frameworks, and enterprise software architectures. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
