Website: www.linkederp.com Position Details Job Title: Technical Associate Location: Remote (Work From Home) Bangalore, India Work Schedule: Night Shift Experience: Minimum 3 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Up to 30 Days Notice Period) Roles & Responsibilities Act as the primary technical resource to gather, analyze, and finalize business and technical requirements.Participate in customer design workshops and technical discussions.Develop mobile applications using DSI's Mobile Application Development Platform (MADP).Design, develop, test, and implement digital supply chain solutions.Perform end-to-end implementation of customer projects.Support and maintain implemented solutions in accordance with defined SLAs.Collaborate with internal teams and customers during project meetings and implementation phases.Travel to customer locations, both domestic and international, when required during project implementation.Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience.Hands-on experience with database tools such as MS SQL Server Management Studio, MySQL, or PL/SQL.Experience creating and managing database objects such as Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Familiarity with software architecture principles and API integrations.Passion for coding with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Preferred Qualifications Experience in ERP implementation, support, or integration projects.Exposure to Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.Experience in digital supply chain, warehouse management, barcode, RFID, or mobility solutions.Prior customer-facing consulting or implementation experience.Why Join LinkedERP Opportunity to work on global ERP and digital transformation projects.Exposure to cutting-edge enterprise mobility and supply chain technologies.Remote-first work environment.Collaborative and learning-focused culture.Opportunity to work directly with international clients and enterprise customers.
