About the role
As a candidate, you should have a strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and deep learning, including architectures such as encoderdecoder models, transformers, CNNs, and GANs. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of core algorithms like classification (generative and discriminative), regression, clustering, and dimensionality reduction. It is essential to have a firm grasp of mathematical fundamentals, including probability and statistics, linear algebra, and optimization techniques. Proficiency in data structures and algorithms is also required. Expertise in Python is a must, with hands-on experience using libraries such as Scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and TensorFlow. Familiarity with C/C++ or Java would be an added advantage. A solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) is necessary, and experience with large language models (LLMs) is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
