BIM Architect - US Experience

As an Architect with 1-3 years of experience working on US construction projects using Revit, your role will involve working on Residential and mixed-use projects as per client instructions under the Lead Architect. You will be responsible for drafting architectural plans with high-quality detailing, designing, drafting, and documenting schematic drawings, detailed drawings, and construction drawing sets using Revit. Additionally, you will be required to perform 3D modeling and rendering using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or V-Ray, as well as incorporating information from drawings as per instructions. Your tasks will include organizing views in sheets, using view templates, executing redlines and markups, and assisting team members in preparing feasibility studies and documentation works. It is essential to have a good knowledge of a range of materials and their varied usages in construction and interiors. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) - 1-3 years of experience in making SD, DD, and CD sets using Revit - Portfolio or work samples showcasing detailed working/construction drawing sets - Strong communication skills in English - Excellent attention to detail skills for design and drafting - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, etc. Desirable Skills: - Experience in US-based projects preferred - Ability to work in a collaborative, supportive, and rapport-building team environment - Experience in international projects as a freelancer - Candidates on a career break with exceptional Revit skills are encouraged to apply Please submit your application along with your portfolio consisting of detailed construction drawings.
