Key Responsibilities: - Support and maintain enterprise database environments on mainframe, Windows server, AIX, and Linux. - Utilize your expertise in IBMi DB2 on z/OS. - Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning. - Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and standard Office tools. - Manage retail-specific data workloads such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management, customer data, and reporting/analytics pipelines. - Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, and tooling within the DBA team.
