You will be working as a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant / Solutions Architect in a remote position with 6 to 8 years of experience. Your main responsibility will be to partner with US-based consulting firms and their enterprise clients to deliver Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. This role involves building a bench of client-ready Adaptive professionals for upcoming implementation, enhancement, and support engagements. You will work directly with finance teams, owning both the build and the conversation. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver full life-cycle Workday Adaptive Planning implementations including discovery, model design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. - Architect the model by designing modeled, cube, and standard sheets, dimensions, levels, versions, assumptions, accounts, and the formula and calculation logic. - Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and the financial close cycle. - Build financial and management reporting, dashboards, matrix reports, and develop and support OfficeConnect. - Design and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, payroll, HRIS, CRM, and data warehouse systems. - Configure security, workflow, process tracking, and administration. - Take over and improve environments built by other teams, and advise clients on best practices. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience with at least one full implementation. - Solid FP&A domain knowledge. - Strong grasp of multidimensional modeling and Adaptive formulas. - Experience with OfficeConnect development and support. - Integration and data skills: SQL required, Python a strong plus. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Reliable availability with meaningful overlap of US business hours. The company is India-based and offers remote, contract, and project-based work with potential for ongoing engagements. The rate is competitive and commensurate with real Adaptive experience. Please provide specific details when applying, including the Workday Adaptive implementations you've delivered, an OfficeConnect or reporting build you're proud of, an instance where you took over a messy Adaptive environment, and your availability, US-hours overlap, and your rate.
