Programme Manager - Fully Remote

Program Manager LATAM Location: LATAM (Remote) Experience: 24 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Languages: Spanish or Portugal, English Awign is one of Asia's largest Work-as-a-Service platforms, with a network of 1.5M+ workforce professionals across 800+ cities. We support global enterprises in AI data collection, data annotation, robotics data generation, and large-scale workforce operations. We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead and execute large-scale AI data collection, annotation, and workforce programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent programs. Manage end-to-end delivery of AI data collection and annotation programs. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely execution. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and operational performance. Manage large, distributed workforces and vendor networks across multiple geographies. Collaborate closely with operations, quality and vendor management teams. Handle escalations proactively and ensure successful project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. 24 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, BPO, Crowdsourcing, AI Data, or Workforce Management.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing large-scale operations involving multiple vendors and teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish/Portugal.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.Experience in AI/ML data annotation or data collection projects. Experience working with global clients across different time zones. Experience managing distributed freelance, crowdsourcing, or gig workforces.
