Quant Finance Analyst

Job Description: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) using real-world financial data and documents. Your role will require blending deep financial expertise with AI prompt engineering and response validation. The main project involves creating finance-specific prompts by utilizing structured and unstructured financial data such as financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), annual reports (10-K, 10-Q), equity research reports, investment memos, valuation models, audit reports, and compliance documents. You will design prompts to simulate real-world financial analysis scenarios, test and validate prompts across leading LLMs, and evaluate model responses for financial accuracy, numerical correctness, logical reasoning, assumptions, compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and clarity and usability for different stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop "Golden Responses" that will serve as benchmarks for model training and evaluation.
