Senior Security Engineer(Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead the technical delivery of Active Directory (AD) migration, consolidation, and identity modernization projects for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Active Directory and hybrid identity environments, strong experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) , and working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure identity technologies. Lead technical delivery for Active Directory migration and consolidation projects. Translate architectural designs into actionable workstreams and implementation tasks.Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and delivery risks.Validate technical deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices and project objectives.Lead or support implementations involving Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Entra Cloud Sync, and federation technologies .Partner with Project Managers to align delivery timelines, milestones, and risks.Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience with Active Directory administration, engineering, and design .Strong experience with AD migration, consolidation, and restructuring initiatives.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), including synchronization and identity lifecycle management concepts.Experience with hybrid identity solutions including Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect, Entra Cloud Sync, and federation technologies .Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.Experience with AD migration tools such as ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, ForensiT, or similar enterprise migration platforms.Solid understanding of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and authentication protocols.Experience working in enterprise consulting or professional services environments.Azure infrastructure and cloud architecture experience.Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance and identity governance concepts.Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, AZ-305, or legacy MCSE certifications.Lead multiple concurrent client engagements depending on project size and complexity.
