Senior UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Roanuz, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex ideas into elegant digital experiences that power AI-driven sports technology used globally. Your creativity and clarity will be essential in designing interfaces that are not only functional and scalable but also delightful for users. Here's what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design interfaces that simplify complex AI and sports data workflows into intuitive user journeys. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine design decisions. - Partnering with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. - Contributing to and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability. - Staying updated with design trends, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns. Key Responsibilities: - 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world product work. - Proficiency in Figma (Sketch or equivalent tools is a plus). - Deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and usability principles. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Experience in designing for web, mobile, or SaaS platforms. - Must be located in commutable distance to Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifications Required: - Strong visual/artistic skills, with illustration or drawing ability considered a bonus. - Interest in sports and familiarity with sports ecosystems. - Experience working in sports tech or data-driven products.
