About the role
As a Quality Analyst at one of the largest global technology leaders, you will be part of the Automotive and Conceptual Design team, responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of industry-leading products such as Alias, VRED, and AI-powered solutions for automotive design studios. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Management, Experience Design, and Engineering teams to uphold quality standards across products and services. - Develop, execute, maintain, and enhance test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Conduct manual and automated testing to validate product functionality and performance. - Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects, working with development teams for resolutions. - Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing activities. - Continuously improve QA processes, testing tools, and best practices to support evolving product complexity and quality goals. - Ensure products meet business requirements and provide exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications: - 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a desktop software development environment. - Experience testing desktop applications on Windows and Linux platforms. - Demonstrated experience in quality assurance for geometric modeling and/or 3D visualization applications. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, functional testing, regression testing, and performance/load testing. - Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Knowledge of automated testing tools for desktop applications. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Behave, Robot Framework, or similar tools. - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. - Understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies. - Experience with VRED, CAD, industrial design, or 3D visualization software. - Knowledge of automotive design and visualization workflows.
