Role Overview: As a technical leader at LinkedIn's Bangalore office, you will drive high-impact initiatives within the Technology & Product Operations organization. Your role will involve designing and implementing data-driven initiatives to enhance product quality, improve tooling, and streamline member, customer, and GTM experiences. You will be responsible for delivering AI-powered solutions, actionable insights, and measurable business impact by leveraging modern AI tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build scalable data products, AI/ML models, and GenAI-powered agentic workflows to address member friction, customer impact, and anomaly detection. - Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the Technology & Product Operations org, making strategic decisions on frameworks, tooling, and practices. - Write production-ready Python and SQL code to develop and maintain automated data pipelines, advanced analytics, and insight-delivery systems. - Apply modern AI and ML techniques to solve GTM business problems, collaborating with Operations, Data Science, and Engineering teams. - Mentor colleagues on AI tooling and applications, setting high standards for technical rigor and code quality. - Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for senior leadership, influencing technical roadmaps and driving measurable business impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize and scale models from prototype to production, ensuring reliability and impact. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics engineering. - Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analytics, and machine learning. - Strong SQL skills with experience in large-scale data warehouses. - Experience with GenAI technologies and frameworks. - Previous experience in architecting, building, and deploying machine learning models in production. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. - Familiarity with modern data stack and automation tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives in fast-paced environments. - Strong strategic perspective on applying machine learning to drive business decisions.
