UIUX Product Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the transformation of a digital healthcare platform's website and core web experiences, ensuring they are polished, modern, conversion-optimized, and trust-driven. Your role will involve senior-to-principal level product thinking, collaborating with leadership, and translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences. As a senior UI/UX designer, you will think like a product owner, benchmark against competitors, identify gaps, and elevate the platform to deliver a best-in-class healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end UX/UI of the mobile/web app and critical user journeys, with a mobile-first approach. - Evaluate competitor healthcare platforms to identify UX, conversion, and trust gaps. - Align design strategy with business goals and long-term platform vision in partnership with leadership. - Define information architecture, navigation models, and content hierarchy for complex healthcare workflows. Design & Execution Excellence: - Translate complex requirements into elegant UX solutions. - Design clean, modern, and conversion-optimized interfaces that balance usability, trust, accessibility, and performance. - Create high-fidelity designs, interaction flows, prototypes, and scalable design systems. - Apply brand principles consistently while focusing on user intent, behavior, edge cases, and emotional context. Collaboration & Leadership: - Collaborate with executive leadership, product, engineering, and marketing teams. - Challenge assumptions, propose solutions, and articulate design rationale to stakeholders. - Work effectively with distributed and offshore engineering teams to ensure design fidelity. Design Systems & Handoff: - Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistent, maintainable design decisions. - Produce developer-ready specifications using Figma Dev Mode/Inspect for accurate implementation. - Design with awareness of frontend constraints, responsiveness, and performance implications. Optimization, Analytics & Accessibility: - Design experiences informed by user behavior, analytics, and conversion data. - Optimize funnels, landing pages, and flows for clarity and trust. - Apply accessibility best practices including WCAG standards. - Ensure clear, safe, and user-friendly error states, empty states, and system feedback. Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio in web and product design. - Experience leading website or platform revamps for consumer-facing products. - Strong visual design, UX, and interaction design skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn high-level requirements into actionable designs. - Excellent communication skills and confidence working with leadership. - Experience in regulated domains like healthcare, MedTech, fintech, SaaS. - Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
