Senior Java Developer

As a Senior Programmer/Analyst with at least 5-7 years of experience in Java and J2EE open systems, you will be expected to have no learning curve and preferably possess experience in the Financial Industry domain. As an ISD candidate, you must have hands-on coding experience, with the position requiring 80-90% coding and 10-20% leading junior developers. For Contract ISD positions, junior or "skill change" candidates will not be considered. ISDs are required to have proficiency in Java, J2EE, standard Java technology, and related products. The difference between an ISD Lead and ISD Senior lies in the former requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions such as workshops, phone calls, and deliverables. Struts, Hibernate, and Spring are necessary for ISD CTP positions, while Struts is required for ISD Contract Only positions. For the Test Analyst Senior role, candidates should have exposure to testing web-based systems (not stand-alone or internal products) and experience in load testing with JMeter and LoadRunner, as well as functional testing with HP Quality Center.
