As a Zero-to-One Co-Founder & Pure Equity Partner at Lions Sales Academy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of India's AI sector by leading two significant initiatives: Role Overview: - Architect, build, and launch the proprietary AI SDR Bot from scratch to revolutionize outbound sales. - Co-found a new AI services entity dedicated to creating secure and outcome-driven AI solutions for the US enterprise market. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and monitor multi-agent workflows for Agentic AI & LLMOps to autonomously operate across sales and operations. - Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and manage vector databases for Advanced Data Engineering & RAG. - Create highly scalable cloud architectures using AWS/Azure/GCP and manage containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure. - Implement strict "trust frameworks" and ensure US data privacy compliance (e.g., SOC2) for Security & Governance. - Integrate cutting-edge AI layers with older "brownfield" tech stacks used by large US enterprises for Legacy Integration.
