About the role
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable front-end interfaces and efficient back-end services, ensuring seamless performance, responsiveness, and security. This role directly contributes to business growth by delivering user-centric solutions, optimizing system performance, and driving innovation across the technology stack. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy up-to-date web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end). - Build and consume RESTful APIs to support application functionality. - Develop robust server-side logic, authentication systems, and data processing workflows using Node.js. - Design and manage databases such as MySQL, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. - Integrate third-party APIs and services for payments, notifications, and analytics. - Ensure best practices in application security, performance optimization, and scalability. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack. - Collaborate closely with PMs, QA and DevOps teams to deliver on-time solutions. Supervisory Responsibilities: - None Job Specifications: Skills: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, - Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management (Redux, Context API), and component-based development. - Hands-on experience with database design and query optimization in My SQL databases. - Experience with RESTful API design and integration. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile methodologies. - Proficient in implementing secure authentication (JWT, OAuth2) and following OWASP best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
