About the role
Key Responsibilities Support and mentor a high-performing product development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning Conduct rigorous and agile testing of implemented features to ensure product quality and performance Learn and contribute to building a platform that scales quickly while maintaining quality, compliance, and security Understand CI/CD pipelines, secure development workflows, API integrations, and container environments Contribute to product documentation, feature specs, and user guides Explore AI-driven tools and recommend integration into product workflows Use SQL and product analytics tools (Mix panel, Amplitude, or similar) to track, measure, and analyse product performance Write clear specs, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver features that solve real user problems Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, with a focus on AI, FinTech, and consumer technology trends Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) 2+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead or Associate PM Strong proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools Solid understanding of product workflows, agile methodologies, and secure development practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to balance technical depth with user-centric product thinking Nice to Have Experience with fintech or lending platforms Knowledge of AI-driven tools and their integration Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and container environments
