About the role
As a Technical resource, you will be responsible for performing configuration, analysis, solution design, and Q/A for the ServiceNow platform. Your services will be provided through various channels including phone, email, texts, and teleconference to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of questions, issues, and requests related to ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide input on tasks in scope or deliverables. - Conduct quality assurance activities such as test script writing, test execution, and defect resolution for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and projects. - Develop technical design documentation including technical specifications and entity relationship diagrams. Qualifications Required: - Solid experience in configuring and analyzing the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in conducting quality assurance activities for incidents, requests, and projects. - Ability to develop technical design documentation.
