Java SRE Technical Lead

Skills Required

• • 8+ years of experience in supporting Java/J2EE-based web applications with proven ability to lead a team and drive production support activities in enterprise environments.

• • Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Google Apigee, Oracle databases, SQL, application debugging, and Java performance tuning including thread dump and heap dump analysis for critical production issues.

• • Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development, e-commerce applications, SRE practices, monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and participation in PagerDuty-based on-call and incident management processes.

• • Good understanding of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code/Copilot), AI Agents, MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph, with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in order management and enterprise application integration is a plus.
