Java SRE Technical Lead

Skills Required 8+ years of experience in supporting Java/J2EE-based web applications with proven ability to lead a team and drive production support activities in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Google Apigee, Oracle databases, SQL, application debugging, and Java performance tuning including thread dump and heap dump analysis for critical production issues. Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development, e-commerce applications, SRE practices, monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and participation in PagerDuty-based on-call and incident management processes. Good understanding of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code/Copilot), AI Agents, MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph, with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in order management and enterprise application integration is a plus.
