About the role
10+ years of experience in production operations / service management / technical operations / SRE-adjacent roles in enterprise systems.Familiarity supporting a custom-built eCommerce platform in a distributed environment.Strong technical understanding of Java microservices architecture, API management, Event streaming/messaging using Kafka, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps / Service Bus / Event Grid / etc.), ESB concepts (routing, transformation, orchestration, canonical models).Proven capability running: Incident management (P1/P2), SWAT calls, stakeholder comms.Problem management and driving RCAs to closure SOP/runbook authoring and operational governance.Strong understanding of observability and ops practices: Logs/metrics/traces, alerting hygiene, dashboards, error budgets. .
