Job Description Senior Cloud Native Platform Engineer (GoLang/Kubernetes) Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Model: Hybrid (Mandatory 3 days/week from Client Office) Experience: 912 Years Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Native Platform Engineer with strong expertise in GoLang, Kubernetes, OpenShift, container platforms, and networking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing Kubernetes Operators and Controllers, building cloud-native platforms, and driving automation through modern CI/CD practices. This role requires deep technical expertise in container orchestration, platform engineering, and cloud-native application development, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native platform components using GoLang.Build and manage Kubernetes Operators and Controllers to automate platform operations.Develop and support scalable container platforms using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness.Design and maintain highly available containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes ecosystems.Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment automation and operational efficiency.Troubleshoot complex networking, platform, and container-related issues.Implement GitOps and automation best practices for application lifecycle management.Develop and maintain platform services that support enterprise cloud-native workloads.Integrate security and secrets management practices using solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.Drive platform modernization initiatives with an automation-first engineering mindset.
