About the role
Role: Need a hands-on Solution Architecture Director to drive innovation and transformation across tax technology platforms. This role combines strategic architecture leadership with deep technical expertise in .NET, Angular, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and AI/ML technologies. You will design scalable, reusable solutions, guide teams and influence stakeholders to align technology with business priorities . The role would be Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-scale tax platform s.Define and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and guidelines ensuring consistency across system s.Provide hands-on technical leadership in .NET, Angular, and cloud-native architecture s.Integrate AI/ML capabilities into platforms to enhance efficiency and outcome s.Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven, and API-led design principle s.Oversee integration, data, and deployment architecture decision s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and optimize deliver y.Mentor and manage teams of up to 25+member s. A sK:Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fie ld.15+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise platform desi gn.Proven expertise in .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GC P).Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and integration architectur es.Exposure to AI/ML technologies in enterprise solutio ns.Experience managing teams of more than 15- 20.Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholde rs.
