Proven experience building and maintaining API based integrations and automations (using Python,PowerShell,Bash,REST APIs,JSON,CLI tools,etc.) Experience with ITIL / ISO frameworks and / or related certifications Hands on experience administering Mac and Windows environments and common endpoint / security tooling Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday)
