Junior Architect

About the Role Living Retail Space is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our growing interior design and furniture team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and commercial interior projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to transform client requirements into innovative and functional designs. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and working drawings. Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD. Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software. Conduct site visits, measurements, and coordinate with execution teams. Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and detailed drawings. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams. Assist in material selection, BOQs, and project documentation. Ensure designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines. Support project execution until successful completion. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)/ Any Degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or turnkey interior projects. Experience in residential and commercial interiors is preferred. Candidates with furniture showroom or interior execution experience will have an added advantage. Skills Required AutoCAD (Mandatory) SketchUp Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray Basic knowledge of Revit (Preferred) MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong understanding of architectural detailing and interior design principles. Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture design, and space planning. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
