About the job: This role is about how you think- not how many frameworks you've memorised. You'll build using AI as a daily tool, which changes how much one sharp mind can create. You'll write and check real code, and learn to build faster than whole teams- the most valuable skill there is right now. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build hand-in-hand with AI tools as your daily partner. 2. Read and check code carefully- catch what's wrong and fix it. Verify your own work; never pass through unchecked output. 3. Break problems down to how they really work, and find the faster, better way instead of the obvious slow one. 4. Learn fast, adapt when things change, and communicate clearly, including when stuck. 5. Work directly and closely with management, at pace, with a lot of other duties, not just coding.
