Job Description Senior Java Backend Developer (8–15 Years) Position Senior Java Backend Developer / Lead Engineer Experience 8–15 Years Location Walk-in Drive – [Hyderabad] Job Summary We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developers with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Quarks, Kubernetes , and at least one major cloud platform ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ). The role requires strong problem-solving skills, system design expertise, and experience building cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and modern frameworks. Build and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions. Develop cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and Quarks. Design and optimize distributed systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes platforms. Work with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) to build secure and resilient solutions. Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams. Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance tuning initiatives. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software engineering best practices. Ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical discussions.
