Lloyds Consulting & Engineering is Hiring for Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer/ Manager Industrial Projects ( Steel Plants / Power Plants / Large Scale Industrial Projects . Location: [Pune] Experience: 815 years Industry: Engineering / Industrial Projects Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer / Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Design (RCC and Steel both) and execution of civil and structural engineering works for large-scale industrial projects, such as Steel plants, Pellets plant ,Power plants, and Material handling systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute conceptual, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), and detailed engineering phases for civil and structural components of industrial projects. • Design various foundation systems including pile, raft, combined, and machine foundations. • Develop and review designs for PEB structures, chimney design, overhead water tanks, and perform dynamic analysis for seismic design of structures as required. • Interpret and incorporate geotechnical report findings into practical foundation and structural designs. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during bidding, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases. • Support proposal development through cost estimation, man hour calculations, solution engineering and technical documentation. • Ensure all designs comply with applicable Indian, American, Chinese, and other international codes and standards. • Utilize advanced design and analysis software tools such as: STAAD Pro / STAAD Advanced Foundation ETABS RCDC RAM Connections IDEA StatiCa AutoCAD • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Required Qualifications : • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution. • Postgraduate degree in structural engineering will be an added advantage. • 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering for industrial infrastructure. • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound technical knowledge. • Excellent project management and communication skills.
