Java Technical Architect

We at S3B Global hiring for Technical Architect / Full-stack lead software engineer with 10+ years experience designing and developing robust products, tools, and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and managed a team of 4-5 developers throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring the delivery of highly scalable and secure applications. Designed and developed several content features, integrations and migrations of the server and client side. Deliver high quality code that meets security and performance metrics. Understanding and experience of software development best practices. Lead the initiatives in the architecture of new features and enhancements based on customer needs. Actively involved in continuous process improvement for automation, enhancements and root cause analysis. Estimate software development requirements and effort, propose alternatives and prioritize tasks. POC s for evaluation and implementation using various technology stacks, libraries and frameworks. Collaborate with developers, test engineers and product management in Agile methodology. Complete ownership for accomplishing new and different requests in product revamps and improvements. Mentoring team members in code reviews and technical guidance. Regularly involved in production bug fixes, enhancements, documentation, and patches for various releases. Collaborate with QA to review test plans and dev handovers after each sprint. Maintain build automation using Jenkins for various releases across different products.
