Purpose of the Role: Process Planning - Creation of Routing Responsibilities & Accountabilities: l Feasibility study on Component drawing and approval
l Creation of effective process sequence for component manufacturing for both Make & OSP LC Component
l Calculating and Allocating of components based on the machine hour availability.
l Updation of process sequence in oracle.
l Field study On Existing Component to Process time & Cost Reduction.
l Responsible for component drawing alteration for effective fabrication of components.
l Deployment of components modification in existing process sequence.
Conduct & record time study to define the Cycle time of the process.
