What We Are Looking For 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong Vue.js proficiency Care about product behaviour, thinking about how interfaces work for real users and not just how they look Ability to build maintainable, well-structured frontend systems Performance awareness: you can identify and fix bottlenecks in rendering, network usage, and reliability Experience shipping polished interfaces in production environments Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles with product designers and backend engineers Experience with B2B or enterprise applications is a plus What Success Looks Like In the first 6 months, the strongest engineers here ship meaningful work to production consistently, become dependable in at least one core area of the product, and identify edge cases and failure modes early.
