About the role
Customer Success Expertise: Strong background in customer success with a focus on customer-centricity, including experience with both help desk and business teams to drive satisfaction and resolve issues effectively. AWS Expertise: Extensive knowledge of AWS services, with expertise in build, deployment, automation, networking, and security within cloud and hybrid environments. Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, serverless computing, and CI/CD pipelines Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates AWS Migration Hub Matilda Experience: Proven experience in utilizing AWS Migration Hub and Matilda to manage cloud migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Project Planning and Execution: Skilled in managing cloud projects from inception to completion, including detailed planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables. Deployment Configuration: Strong experience in deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure to meet organizational requirements and ensure seamless operation. Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing relationships with technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment between teams to meet project and operational goals. Escalation Handling : Proficient in managing and resolving customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction. Technical Acumen : Solid technical knowledge with the ability to understand and solve complex cloud-related issues, driving both operational success and strategic improvements. Secondary Responsibilities: Promote continuous learning and skill development for team members in the cloud domain. Oversee the troubleshooting of post-migration issues and provide solutions to any cloud-related problems. Contribute to the ongoing optimization and performance improvement of the cloud environment after migration. Educational Requirements and Certifications: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in cloud architecture, migration, and implementation projects. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. AWS Architect certification Technical Skills: AWS Operational and Monitoring tools
