Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master s preferred). Proven experience in reviewing infrastructure design drawings and managing design coordination. . Strong understanding of local codes and international best practices. . Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D,InfraWorks,StormCAD,or similar.
