About the role
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience in the travel domain, specifically within travel agencies, your role will involve bridging business requirements with technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements - Analyzing and documenting travel business processes including Reservations, Ticketing, EMD, Exchanges & Refunds - Working extensively with GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport) for booking, pricing, shopping, fare quotes, and ticketing workflows - Supporting NDC integrations and API mapping, including analysis of JSON and XML payloads - Performing data analysis using SQL and other data tools to support business decisions - Creating clear documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases You should have hands-on exposure to GDS platforms, end-to-end travel operations, and a strong technical understanding of data and integrations in a fast-paced environment.
